ONE Conference: Europe's prime cybersecurity event

The ONE Conference is where cybersecurity meets policy, research meets practice, and government meets industry. Organized by the Dutch National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), the Ministry of Economic Affairs, and the Municipality of The Hague, it is widely regarded as Europe's leading cybersecurity event.

The 2025 edition brought together 2,400 professionals from across the globe — from CISOs and security researchers to policymakers and law enforcement. The conference was opened by Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof and the Mayor of The Hague, Jan van Zanen, underscoring the event's significance at the highest levels of government.

With 10 stages running simultaneously over two days at World Forum The Hague, the programme featured over 150 sessions spanning eight themes: Human Factor, Core of Tech, Power of Partnerships, Law & Policy, Crisis Management, Securing the Chain, Geopolitics, and Future of Cybersecurity.

Finally there is a way to make all important conference content available. First by instantly translating any presentation into the language the attendee chooses. And after the presentation the recap generation makes all presented knowledge available to anyone you might want to share it with in any format you like.

The challenge: 10 stages, one attendee

The ONE Conference's greatest strength — its breadth and depth — was also its biggest content challenge. With 10 stages running in parallel, even the most dedicated attendee could only be in one room at a time. That means every person missed roughly 90% of the programme.

For the organizing team, this created two problems. First, attendees were frustrated by the sessions they couldn't attend — critical discussions on topics like AI security, supply chain resilience, or cross-border cyber policy were happening simultaneously. Second, the broader cybersecurity community — those who couldn't travel to The Hague — had no way to access any of these insights after the event ended.

With over 150 sessions of high-value, often sensitive cybersecurity content, the stakes were high. The knowledge shared at ONE Conference doesn't just serve individual careers — it shapes national and international security strategy. Letting it disappear after two days was not an option.

RecapHub: Turning two days into a lasting knowledge hub

RecapHub was deployed across all 10 stages to capture, transcribe, and summarize every session at the ONE Conference 2025.

The implementation covered the full scale of the event:

• Session summaries: AI-generated summaries for all 150+ sessions (except non-public sessions), giving attendees and non-attendees alike a clear, concise overview of every discussion. • Main Stage recordings: Full video recordings of all KWA (Main Stage) sessions were made available through RecapHub, so the keynotes by the Dutch Prime Minister, the NCSC Director, and industry leaders like Kris Lovejoy from Kyndryl could be watched on-demand.

The result was a comprehensive, searchable knowledge library that ONE Conference could point their entire community to — not just for two days, but for the rest of the year.

From conference to knowledge platform

The impact of RecapHub at ONE Conference 2025 went beyond simple content access.

For attendees, it solved the parallel-stage problem. Instead of choosing between a deep-dive on OT security and a panel on geopolitics, they could attend one live and catch up on the other through RecapHub — with full summaries and key takeaways ready within hours.

For the broader cybersecurity community, it transformed ONE Conference from a two-day event into a year-round resource. Security professionals, policymakers, and researchers who couldn't make it to The Hague now had access to the same insights and knowledge.

For the organizing team, it elevated the conference's position as Europe's premier cybersecurity knowledge platform. The RecapHub became a permanent section on the ONE Conference website, alongside the event's new ONE Podcast series — extending the conference's reach and relevance well beyond October.

Wrapping up

ONE Conference represents the kind of event where content isn't just nice to have — it's critical infrastructure for the cybersecurity community. With RecapHub, the organizing team ensured that the insights shared across 10 stages and 150+ sessions didn't disappear when the lights went off at World Forum The Hague.

Whether you're running a government-backed conference, a multi-track industry event, or any gathering where the content matters as much as the connections — RecapHub turns your event into a lasting knowledge asset.
