Setup & AV
What we need from your team before doors open
What do you need from our AV team?+
A feed from the stages you want covered — SDI, NDI, RTMP or a stream URL. We work with your existing AV supplier or in-house crew and agree the setup before the doors open. There is no new hardware for your team to run on the day.
How long does setup take on site?+
Under an hour in most rooms. We do a technical call with your AV supplier a week or two out, so the day-of work is confirming the feed and levels rather than solving anything.
Does this work for hybrid and virtual events?+
Yes. Recaphub joins your stream or platform like any other participant and starts producing from the first session. The output is identical to an on-site show.
How many stages can you cover at once?+
All of them. Coverage runs through one pipeline rather than one person per room, so ten stages and 150 sessions is the same operation as a single-stage summit — it just changes the scoping.
What size of event does this suit?+
From a one-day single-stage summit to 10 stages and 150+ sessions. Every event is different, so the setup is scoped per show rather than sold as a fixed package.
Speed & quality
What 'real time' actually means in minutes
How fast is 'real time', honestly?+
First clips typically land within 30 minutes of a talk ending, and speakers have their own package inside the hour. Live captions run at about a four-second delay. Everything published is checked by a person before it goes out.
How do you keep it on brand?+
We set up your templates, fonts, colours and tone before the event, and our team on site reviews every output. Nothing publishes automatically without a human seeing it first.
What if we don't like a cut?+
Tell us and we recut it there and then. Our crew is in the building, so a different crop, caption or in-point is a conversation rather than a change request that comes back next week.
How accurate is the transcription for our industry?+
We load your speaker list, company names, product names and acronyms before the event, which is where most of the accuracy gap in technical B2B content comes from. Lines are attributed to named speakers using the running order.
Do you support other languages?+
Live Transcription covers 40+ languages, including live translation so delegates can follow a talk in their own language while it is happening.
Products & data
What you can do with everything we produce
Do we have to buy every product?+
No. Live Ingest and Live Transcription are the foundation everything else is built on; Clip Studio, Recap Engine, Knowledge Graph and Social Distribution are scoped to what your show actually needs. Most teams start with clips and recaps and add the graph later.
Who owns the content?+
You do. Everything we produce is yours, and you can pull it into your own stack, including through MCP, straight into the AI tools your team already uses.
What is the Knowledge Graph for?+
It turns your archive from terabytes you cannot search into linked entities — sessions, speakers, companies, topics and quotes — that you can actually ask questions of. Answers come back with the transcript line, the timecode and a playable clip.
Where do the files land?+
In your Drive, DAM or CMS. We deliver into the storage you already use rather than making your team log into another portal to fetch assets.
Is our data used to train models?+
No. Your footage, transcripts and assets are yours, processed for your event, and not used to train anything. We are an EU-based team and the setup is GDPR-compliant.
Working together
How we compare, and how buying works
How is this different from an editing tool or an agency?+
Tools hand you an export days later and still need someone to finish it. Agencies deliver weeks after. We're on site, integrated with your stream, producing finished content while the event runs, and getting it into the hands of speakers, press and attendees on the day.
How is it priced?+
Per show, based on stages, days, languages and how many audiences you want fed. There is no per-seat licence and no annual platform fee to sign before you have seen it work on one of your events.
Will your crew actually be at our event?+
Yes. Human oversight is not a review queue somewhere else — it is people in your building, which is what makes same-day recuts possible.
Can sponsors be included?+
Yes. Per-sponsor and per-stage rollups show what was captured and what it reached, which tends to be the number sponsors want while the show is still on rather than a fortnight later.
Still have a question?
Tell us about your show.
Stages, dates, AV setup — and we'll show you exactly what your team would have in their hands on the day.
